14 Day Returns Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy for all products, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return and full refund.
Are returns free?
Unfortunately we do not offer free returns. It is customers responsibility to send the item back to us.
How do I return an item?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you have received it and unused, as well as in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If you would like to return or exchange your purchased item(s), please send them back to our warehouse space - please contact email@example.com to request a return/exchange. Returns are offered on all priced items.
The request of return must be completed within 14 days of receiving the item(s). It is the customers responsibility to send the item(s) back to Patchfy warehouses.
We offer refunds to the original payment method on items returned to us within 14 days of the date your item(s) is delivered form the customer sending it back. This does not include unique discount codes issued bu our customer service team.
Patchfy does not provide pre-paid return labels; you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return.
I have received the wrong item?
In an unlikely event of receiving the wrong item, please get in touch firstname.lastname@example.org
Refund due to items not received?
If for some reason your item has not arrived within 45 business days, you can apply for a refund.
Please note, we do not replace or refund items that have been shipped to a faulty address given by the customer.
What happens if I do not pick up my package within the 14 days or enter a faulty address?
We do not bear any costs if the package is not picked up or a faulty address is given by the customer.
